Key Responsibilities

Design creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook

Create marketing banners, promotional graphics, thumbnails and website visuals Develop visually appealing layouts aligned with brand guidelines Prepare initial drafts, concepts and revise as required Support content and marketing teams with regular design needs Manage daily creative tasks and deliver within timelines Assist with basic product-related design tasks when required

Required Skills

Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or Figma Good understanding of color theory, typography and visual layout Ability to create clean and consistent designs Creativity with attention to detail Willingness to learn and adapt to feedback Good communication and teamwork

Education:

Candidates with any of the following are eligible:

12th Pass

Diploma in Graphic Design / Multimedia Bachelor's degree (any stream) BFA, B.Des or similar (optional, not mandatory)Preferred Courses / Certifications

(Not mandatory but an advantage)

Graphic Design certification (Arena Animation / MAAC / NIIT / Udemy / Coursera)

Courses in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or Figma Digital Marketing or Social Media Design coursesCandidate Profile
Creative mindset with an interest in digital branding

Freshers or interns looking for hands-on industry experience Ability to work full-time onsite at our Navi Mumbai office

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
