About the Role

We are seeking a

talented and innovative Graphic Designer

to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing visually compelling designs that elevate brand identity and support marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with the content and social media teams to create eye-catching designs for various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, ads, reels, website banners, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials. Design brand identities including logos, typography, and color palettes. Develop creative concepts and design strategies for campaigns. Collaborate with the content, marketing, and video editing teams to maintain brand consistency. Adapt and repurpose designs for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Website). Stay updated with design trends, tools, styles, and industry standards. Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines. Edit and enhance photos or illustrations when required. Provide innovative design ideas to elevate the overall creative quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in a digital marketing agency). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, or similar tools. Strong visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail. Ability to understand and translate brand requirements into impactful designs. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Motion graphics or basic video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro). UI/UX basics and website layout design experience. Illustration or digital art skills. Knowledge of AI design tools.
