Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the creative team to generate innovative ideas.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
Work closely with account managers, copywriters, and other team members to understand client objectives and provide creative solutions.
Present design concepts and ideas directly to clients and incorporate feedback effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to keep the agency's work cutting-edge.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
