We're looking for a

Creative Graphic Designer

who combines traditional design expertise with a modern understanding of AI-powered tools and digital creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Create

eye-catching, brand-consistent visual content

for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and ads. Design

creative social media posts, reels, and marketing graphics

for clients across different industries. Collaborate with the marketing team to

conceptualize and execute design ideas

that align with campaign objectives. Use

Canva (mandatory)

for daily design tasks, layouts, and quick video edits. Edit short-form videos for social media (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads) using Canva or other editing tools. Utilize

AI design tools

(e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Runway ML, etc.) to enhance creative output, generate new ideas, and streamline design workflows. Ensure that designs adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining a high level of creativity and originality. Stay updated with the

latest design trends, AI advancements, and social media formats

to create engaging and viral content. Support the digital marketing team in producing campaign creatives, stories, and advertisements for clients.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in Canva

(Essential - hands-on expertise required). Working knowledge of design tools like

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Figma

is a plus. Familiarity with

AI-based design tools

such as: Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Runway ML, D-ID, Firefly, etc. ChatGPT and Google Gemini for creative ideation and captions. Strong understanding of

color theory, typography, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

Basic

video editing and motion graphics

knowledge. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. A creative thinker who can

translate concepts into visuals that connect and perform well online.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or creative agency. A strong

portfolio

showcasing previous creative work (mandatory for shortlisting).
