About the Role:

Pandoza Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and creative

Graphic Designer

with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team at Viman Nagar, Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create marketing materials such as social media creatives, brochures, banners, infographics, and advertisements. Develop and maintain brand identities, logos, and visual assets. Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to produce engaging visuals for campaigns and promotions. Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia content when needed. Ensure consistency in brand look and feel across all channels. Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred). 2-3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or corporate environment). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD) or equivalent design tools. Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Knowledge of UI/UX design basics is an added advantage. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent communication, creativity, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with motion graphics or video editing. Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other online design tools. Knowledge of print production processes.
