We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, digital branding, and creating compelling designs tailored for Print, social media, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Storytelling:

Translate ideas into captivating visuals that communicate messages clearly and emotionally connect with the audience.

Digital Graphic Development:

Design engaging digital assets for websites, emails, online ads, and other digital media.

Social Media Design:

Create platform-specific visuals tailored for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more, understanding best practices and technical constraints.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines, including fonts, colours, and design style, reinforcing a cohesive visual identity across all channels.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visuals on time.

Adaptability:

Stay updated on design trends and platform changes to ensure designs remain fresh, modern, and effective.

Qualifications

Graduations with Completion of relevant design courses and/or certifications(e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX, etc.). Minimum 3-5 years of professional design experience in digital and social media design. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (experience with other tools like Figma or Canva is a plus). Strong portfolio showcasing design work. Eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and colour. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

Experience in motion graphics or basic video editing Understanding of UI/UX principles or web layout design
This job posting will remain open a minimum of 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until filled.
