Job Description

As a Mid-Level Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating project briefs into visually stunning and effective design concepts across various platforms. This role requires a strong balance of

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualization & Execution:

Develop and present strong, creative design concepts that align with client goals and brand guidelines.

Design Production:

Create high-quality visual assets for both print and digital media, including branding materials, marketing collateral, social media content, and website elements.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the creative director, project managers, and other designers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Asset Management:

Prepare and manage design files for production, ensuring consistency and adherence to technical specifications.

Presentation:

Confidently present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves)

Experience:

2 to 4 years

of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency or studio environment.

Design Foundation:

A robust portfolio demonstrating strong design principles, typography skills, and an excellent eye for aesthetics.

Adobe Creative Suite Mastery:

Expert proficiency in the core Adobe products:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe InDesign

(for print/layout work)

Conceptual Strength:

Proven ability to act as a

strong conceptualizer

Education
