About the Role:

Spixels Media is looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over

Adobe Illustrator

for print-ready artworks and should also be adept at designing

digital creatives

for social media. If you have an eye for aesthetics, a good sense of trends, and the ability to bring ideas to life through design, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality

printable designs

such as brochures, packaging, banners, and other marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator. Design engaging and visually appealing

social media posts, stories, and ads

. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize campaigns and deliver creative assets. Stay up to date with

design trends, social media aesthetics, and brand guidelines

. Ensure

accuracy, alignment, and attention to detail

in every design. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand design requirements and feedback. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Graphic Designer

, preferably in an agency setup. Proficiency in

Adobe Illustrator

,

Photoshop

, and other design tools. Strong understanding of

print production processes

. Creativity with attention to layout, color, and typography. Strong communication skills and openness to feedback. Awareness of

current design and social media trends

.

Nice to Have:

Experience with branding and campaign design.
