Job Description

Responsibilities:

Event Collateral & Campaign Kits

Design posters for social media platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) and resize them appropriately. Create teasers, FAQs, and after-event graphics. Develop ad creatives in both static and motion formats, including A/B versions

Video & Reels Editing

Edit short-form reels (15-60 seconds) with captions, overlays, and beat synchronization. Transform long clips into engaging highlights and testimonials. Produce micro-series content such as "Did You Know" and "Kulture Nuggets."

Brand System & Templates

Maintain and update the brand kit, including colors, fonts, and logo guidelines. Create and manage reusable templates for various content formats. Develop a cultural asset library featuring icons, textures, and motifs.

Content Capture (On-site)

Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos, including short testimonials. Collaborate with hosts/artists to obtain consent for footage.

Delivery, Files & QA

Export files (PNG/JPG/MP4) with the correct specifications and safe margins. Organize files by event/date and maintain an archive of master files. Track performance metrics of designs to inform future projects.

R&D / Motion

Experiment with kinetic typography, animated posters, and other motion graphics. Stay updated on platform trends and integrate them into KultureKatta's visual voice.

Requirements:

Must-Haves

Strong eye for design hierarchy, spacing, and typography. Ability to apply a brand kit consistently while keeping designs fresh. Comfort in working from clear briefs and creating original content when necessary.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
