-- India's first-ever inflatable obstacle course run, where endurance meets fun, and thousands of participants bounce, slide, and sprint through 10 massive inflatable challenges.
Race Above
-- a soon-to-be-launched digital platform for India's endurance sports community, helping athletes discover, book, and participate in marathons, triathlons, obstacle races, and fitness challenges.
Both brands share one goal:
creating unforgettable experiences -- on-ground and online.
About the Role
As a
Graphic Designer
, you'll create visual content that captures the energy, excitement, and essence of both brands. From high-energy event graphics for TGIR to clean, aspirational visuals for Race Above's digital presence, your designs will shape how our community experiences our brands.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Content Creation
Create graphics for social media, event collaterals, emailers, website banners, and print materials for both brands.
Design high-impact visuals for TGIR events -- signage, inflatables, merchandise, banners, and sponsorship activations.
Build clean, engaging designs for Race Above's digital platform, campaigns, and pre-launch promotions.
Social Media & Digital Assets
Collaborate with the marketing team to design posts, reels thumbnails, infographics, and story content.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels while adapting to platform trends and formats.
Brand Identity & Innovation
Maintain and evolve the visual identity of both TGIR and Race Above.
Bring fresh, creative ideas for campaigns, event visuals, and experiential activations.
Work closely with photographers, videographers, and motion designers to produce integrated creative content.
Operational Support
Assist in preparing design decks for brand partners, sponsorship proposals, and presentations.
Ensure timely delivery of design assets for marketing campaigns, events, and launches.
Who You Are
Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about sports, fitness, and experiential branding.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
Strong understanding of digital design trends, social media formats, and visual storytelling.
Comfortable juggling design requirements for two distinct brand voices -- playful & energetic (TGIR) and sleek & aspirational (Race Above).
Collaborative, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
