Job Description

As a Graphic Designer , you will be responsible for leading the design team in creating visually compelling and innovative designs for a wide range of digital and print media. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute design concepts that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design team in developing creative concepts and designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertising, brochures, packaging, and more. Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business goals. Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms. Review and provide constructive feedback on design work produced by team members to ensure high-quality standards. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and project milestones. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve the design process and deliver innovative solutions. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team.
