Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design marketing materials such as
social media graphics, presentations, infographics, and web assets.
Create visuals consistent with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Design and edit short-form video content,
especially Instagram Reels and TikTok-style videos, to enhance brand presence.
Collaborate with the marketing team, copywriters, and developers to bring campaigns to life.
Revise designs based on feedback and deliver within deadlines.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies, including the use of
AI-powered design tools
to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Familiarity with
AI design tools
(e.g., MidJourney, DALLE, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar) to support ideation and creative production.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and motion design principles.
Portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, versatility, and strong reel/video samples.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
