URGENT OPENING

for an experienced

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

at Amarea Creative Agency.
We're looking for a talented and dedicated graphic designer to join our growing team who can create effective concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media.

Location:

Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience:

Minimum 2 - 4 years

of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a agency setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership

: Lead the design process from concept to execution, inspiring creativity and innovation within the team. Drive the development of impactful visual designs that push boundaries and resonate with audiences.

Timely Delivery

: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets that meet client deadlines and exceed expectations. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and consistency across all deliverables.

Problem-Solving

: Identify design challenges and propose creative solutions that address client needs and enhance user engagement. Proactively seek feedback and iterate on designs to achieve optimal results.

Develop Creative Concepts

: Design solutions for various projects, including advertisements, marketing collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, print media, and presentations. Ensure a unified design and tone to create an effective and strong visual language (Identity) across all customer touchpoints.

Quality Control

: Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and maintain a high creative bar across all design deliverables.

Project Management

: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Skills & Requirements:

Experience

: 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in design and client communication.

Creativity & Innovation

: A passion for pushing the boundaries of design and exploring new creative techniques and trends. Staying updated on design trends and technologies. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Problem-Solving

: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative design solutions.

Mastery of Design Tools:

Strong proficiency over design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.

Bonus Skills

: Knowledge of video editing softwares like Adobe After Effects is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas and provide constructive feedback. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements while maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work in graphic design and video editing across various platforms and mediums. Bachelor's degree (preferably in graphic design, fine arts or communication design)/ BMM ( Bachelor of Mass Media ) Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
