Role Summary

We are hiring for a compnay that is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets that elevate the brand across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, an understanding of real estate aesthetics, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Design brochures, flyers, hoardings, social media creatives, and digital ads for real estate projects Develop visual identities for new project launches, including logos, color palettes, and typography Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to produce promotional materials and presentations Create layouts for websites, emailers, and landing pages in coordination with digital teams Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints Manage and organize design assets, templates, and project files Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external agencies for production and delivery Stay updated on design trends relevant to real estate and lifestyle branding

Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle sectors Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva Strong portfolio showcasing design work across print and digital media Attention to detail, layout precision, and brand alignment Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

Bonus Skills

Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D visualization Familiarity with real estate buyer personas and visual storytelling Knowledge of Marathi or Hindi for regional campaign adaptation
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
