Key Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality graphics for various platforms including social media, websites, emails, advertisements, and marketing collateral. Create original illustrations, infographics, banners, posters, brochures, and other promotional materials. Translate marketing ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs that resonate with the target audience. Maintain brand consistency across all designs and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. Revise and adapt designs based on feedback while meeting deadlines and project timelines. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance design quality and creativity. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail and quality.

Requirements

2-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Strong understanding of visual design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and composition. Creativity, originality, and the ability to develop unique design concepts. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work is mandatory. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
