Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop high-quality catalogues, brochures, and other print materials as per the company's requirements.
2. Create engaging social media posts, banners, and campaigns to enhance the company's online presence.
3. Work on diverse design projects, including branding, presentations, and advertisements.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to understand and fulfil design needs.
5. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
6. Brainstorm and present innovative ideas for various marketing initiatives.
7. Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing catalogue and social media work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) - specially in InDesign.
Solid understanding of typography, layout, and design principles.
Ability to adapt to various design styles and project needs.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
