Design high-quality visual assets including social media posts, brochures, banners, infographics, and event creatives.
Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across campaigns and initiatives.
Create compelling design themes tailored to specific projects while preserving the foundation's visual identity.
Support the web team by designing layout components and UI assets.
Ensure timely delivery of design material for ongoing projects and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with content, web, and campaign teams to produce integrated and engaging designs.
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital and print design, preferably in a creative, social impact, or NGO environment.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, typography, and branding.
Ability to interpret briefs creatively and translate ideas into polished design outputs.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
