Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and imaginative
Graphic Designer
to join our creative team. You will be responsible for developing engaging and innovative visual content across digital and print platforms that reflects the brand identity of all business verticals under Master Group Empire. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate strategic ideas into compelling visual designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing designs for websites, social media, digital ads, brochures, presentations, packaging, and branding materials.
Develop 2D and 3D layouts and rendering for various marketing and project needs.
Produce and edit videos for promotional, advertising, and brand storytelling purposes.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project goals and deliver high-quality creative solutions.
Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts in line with the group's brand guidelines.
Adapt designs across various formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Prepare design files for printing and liaise with external vendors as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or a related field.
1-4 years of professional design experience.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools is a plus).
Experience with 2D & 3D layout and rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max).
Skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including layouts, renderings, and video projects.
Excellent eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
Ability to take creative direction and work both independently and in a team.
Good communication and time management skills.
