Job Description

Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital platforms (websites, social media, email campaigns) and print (brochures, flyers, posters, packaging). Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop cohesive branding materials. Translate business and marketing objectives into creative strategies and compelling visuals. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels. Prepare final graphics for production, ensuring accurate formatting, file setup, and quality standards. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience (2+ years) as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design software. Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Excellent communication skills and ability to receive and give constructive feedback. Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro). Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools (Sigma, Sketch, etc.). Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
