Responsibilities:

Create visually engaging designs for digital courses, marketing campaigns, website, social media, and promotional materials. Support the marketing team with creatives for campaigns, ads, and events. Design graphics that align with brand identity guidelines and enhance overall brand communication. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, academics, product) to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions. Edit and repurpose existing creatives as per campaign needs. Stay updated with design trends and suggest new ideas for creative execution. Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements (Executive Level):

2-4 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house). Strong portfolio showcasing creative work (digital, print, or social media). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Canva or Figma is a plus. Creativity with an eye for detail and brand consistency. Ability to multitask and deliver quality work within deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
