As a designer on our team, you'll work on a wide variety of design projects -- from branding and website assets to social media graphics and marketing materials. You'll play a key role in creating high-impact visuals that support both our internal brand and client campaigns.
The candidate should be available to work with us as our team member and as per PST time (6 pm to 2:30 am IST).
What You'll Do:
Design visual assets for
websites, landing pages, brochures, flyers, banners, logos, and brand identities
Create compelling
social media graphics, carousels, story templates, ad creatives
, and other digital content tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Produce digital assets including
email banners, ads, newsletters, and product graphics
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life through visual storytelling
Manage multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Stay updated with the latest design and social media trends to ensure fresh and modern content
Create and maintain
brand guidelines
for consistency across channels
Support the UX/UI design of websites and mobile-friendly pages (knowledge of tools like Adobe XD or Figma is a plus)
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of professional graphic design experience
, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work including
social media content, branding, and web assets
Expertise in design tools like
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and Canva
A good understanding of
typography, color theory, layout principles, and responsive design
Ability to create
engaging visual content that aligns with marketing goals
Experience designing for different industries and adapting to various brand styles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for great design and the ability to take creative direction and feedback
Bonus Skills:
Motion graphics or basic animation skills (for social posts, reels, etc.)
Experience with short-form video editing tools
Knowledge of social media marketing trends, formats, and audience engagement strategies
