creative, detail-oriented, and spiritually aligned Graphic Designer
to lead the visual communication of SEWAS initiatives. The role involves creating impactful designs that reflect
Jain philosophy (Ahimsa, Satya, Aparigraha)
while promoting SEWAS projects such as
awards, world records, TV channels, leaflets, banners, and welfare programs.
The Graphic Designer will blend
modern digital aesthetics
with
traditional Jain cultural and spiritual elements
to produce designs that inspire, educate, and engage diverse audiences in India and worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Design & Branding
Conceptualize and design
posters, banners, awards, certificates, invitations, event branding, TV channel graphics, and digital campaigns
.
Maintain a consistent
visual identity for SEWAS
across all platforms (print, digital, broadcast).
Incorporate the
SEWAS five elements (Sun, Earth, Water, Air, Sky)
into creative outputs.
Develop
logos, icons, and illustrations
that reflect Jain values and cultural themes.
2. Print & Publication Design
Design
leaflets, booklets, newsletters, pamphlets, and state-level SEWAS City campaign materials
.
Collaborate with printers and publishers to ensure
high-quality, cost-effective production
.
3. Digital & Social Media
Create digital content for
social media campaigns, website, and SEWAS TV channel
.
Design engaging visuals, infographics, reels, and motion graphics for awareness campaigns.
4. Event & Award Design
Design and execute creative assets for
SEWAS Awards, World Records, and international recognition events
.
Work with the event management team to deliver
stage backdrops, certificates, digital displays, and event kits
.
5. Collaboration & Innovation
Work closely with
founder, project managers, spiritual leaders, and communication teams
to align visuals with SEWAS philosophy.
Bring fresh, modern, and innovative design ideas while respecting
Jain traditions and cultural integrity
.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies (motion graphics, 3D, AR/VR for cultural presentations).
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design (preferably in
NGO, media, or cultural projects
).
Expertise in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), CorelDraw, and Canva.
Strong knowledge of
print production, digital design, and video graphics.
Ability to design in
Gujarati, Hindi, and English
is a plus.
Creativity with attention to detail, spiritual sensitivity, and storytelling ability
