Position description:

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist senior designers in creating and editing marketing materials such as social media graphics, website banners, email templates, print collateral, and other visual assets. Crop and retouch images to ensure they are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines Perform colour correction and adjustments to maintain consistency across various design materials Follow brand guidelines and ensure that all design work adheres to established branding standards Collaborate with senior designers and managers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design assets Take regular feedback from managers and incorporate changes into designs in a timely manner Assist with adaptations of existing design materials for different platforms, formats, and sizes Help the team with day-to-day design requirements, such as resizing images, updating templates, and creating simple graphics Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including layout, typography, colour theory, and image editing. Experience in cropping and retouching images, and performing colour correction. Ability to follow branding guidelines and maintain consistency in design work. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to take feedback positively. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
