Job Description

:

? Design print and digital materials such as layouts, logos, brochures, social media graphics, and website visuals

? Translate creative direction and project briefs into polished visual designs that reflect the brand's tone and style

? Develop visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

? Support the production of photography and imagery for use in design projects

? Clearly communicate design ideas to internal teams and occasionally to clients

? Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to support larger campaign initiatives

? Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, offering design ideas and feedback

? Manage multiple deadlines, delivering quality work on time and with attention to detail

Qualifications

:

? Demonstrable proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

? Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

? Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design

? Solid communication and collaboration skills with the ability to easily communicate in the English language

? Comfortable working cooperatively within a team and independently while remaining open to feedback and direction

? Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

? Familiarity with AI tools

Education & Work Experience

:

? Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field

? 2-3 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred)

? A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of branding, print, and digital work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
