We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling graphics across digital platforms--designed not just to impress, but to perform. You'll collaborate closely with content strategists, marketers, and developers to bring campaigns to life through effective visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Design digital assets for paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), email campaigns, websites, and landing pages.
Develop social media graphics, infographics, and animations that align with brand voice and campaign goals.
Translate marketing objectives into creative strategies and concepts.
Create brand identities and visual systems for clients when needed.
Ensure consistency across all designs and platforms for each client.
Work with UI/UX teams to design wireframes, web components, and user interface mockups.
Collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams to test and iterate on creative based on performance metrics.
Stay current on industry trends, tools, and design best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles (e.g., ad performance, responsive design, user experience).
Portfolio showcasing a range of design work, especially digital campaigns and social media content.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or basic animation is a plus.
