Conceptualise and design creative assets for campaigns, social media, newsletters, reports, presentations, event collaterals, and donor communication.
Adapt designs for multiple platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
Create infographics, data visualisations, and illustrations that simplify complex information.
Ensure all communication materials adhere to the organisation's brand guidelines.
Support in updating and evolving brand assets as needed.
Work closely with the Resource Mobilisation and Communications and programme teams to understand design needs and translate them into impactful visuals.
Liaise with printers and other creative vendors for production requirements.
Qualification & Skills
3+ years of experience as a graphic designer in the development/non-profit sector.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and equivalent tools (e.g., Canva), Microsoft Office etc.
Strong visual storytelling and layout skills.
Ability to translate complex information into engaging visuals.
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple design projects.
Open to feedback and incorporating them into designs.
Sensitivity to and alignment with the organisation's mission and values.
