In conjunction with relevant stakeholders, develop and maintain the company's websites across all brands.
Ensure all websites are engaging, responsive, continually optimised, secure, up-to-date and consumer relevant.
Work with the Product Management, Technical/Development and Design teams to ensure alignment.
Analyse market, consumer and competitive trends and apply as appropriate.
Manage, monitor, and present relevant analytics, data, trends, successes, exceptions, feedback, threats and changes regarding the company's web presence and action as appropriate.
Manage and monitor all website hosting.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Develop visually appealing motion graphics and animations using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Design and create 2D and 3D motion graphics, including titles, transitions, and visual effects.
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard ideas for motion graphic projects.
Utilize keyframe animation techniques to bring static designs to life and create smooth and dynamic motion.
Integrate and synchronize motion graphics with audio elements, ensuring a seamless and engaging visual experience.
Optimize motion graphics for various digital platforms and devices, considering performance and file size constraints.
Maintain a strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition to create visually appealing graphics.
Work closely with clients or stakeholders to gather project requirements, provide progress updates, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
Collaborate with video editors and other members of the production team to ensure the motion graphics align with overall project objectives.
Maintain a structured file organization system and adhere to version control practices to facilitate efficient collaboration and project management
