Role and Responsibilities

? Designing visual content, including banners, social media ads, infographics, and

website graphics

? Working closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements and develop creative concepts

? Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent branding across all visual assets

? Creating and editing images, icons, and illustrations

? Researching to stay up-to-date with design trends and implementing new techniques to enhance the quality of visual content

? Ensuring designs are in line with brand guidelines and reflecting the desired brand requirements

Skills

? Proven experience in graphic design using Canva and Photoshop

? Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and visually appealing designs

? Proficient in using graphic design software and tools

? Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs

? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

? Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present and justify design choices

? Time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

? Knowledge of design principles, typography, and colour theory

? Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design

? Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred)
