Job Description

We're seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team in the paper industry, specializing in food packaging products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Design visually appealing and effective packaging solutions for food products

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style sheets

- Create artwork for various packaging formats

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure design alignment

- Conduct market research to stay updated on design trends and industry standards

- Ensure compliance with food packaging regulations and safety guidelines

- Design point-of-purchase displays, promotional materials, and trade show graphics

- Work on special projects, such as brand launches and campaign initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

- 1+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in packaging industry

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

- Ability to work under deadlines and take feedback constructively

- Portfolio showcasing packaging design work

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
