Precedence Research Private Limited is seeking a creative and detail-oriented experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in design principles, software tools, and industry best practices.

Role:

Full time, On-site

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (Preferred) 6 months of proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or other industry-standard tools. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Hands on experience on MS PowerPoint and MS Office suite. UI UX designing (Preferred, not required) Good English communication is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Create Designs:

Make graphics for websites, social media, ads, brochures, festive posts, birthday posts, industry specific graphs with infographics and more.

Maintain Brand Style:

Make sure all designs follow the brand's guidelines.

Work with Teams:

Collaborate with marketing, content, HR and IT team to create designs that meet our goals.

Manage Projects:

Handle multiple design projects at once, making sure they are completed on time.

Incorporate Feedback:

Make changes to designs based on feedback from team members.

Stay Updated:

Keep up with the latest design trends and tools.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
