Job Description

We are hiring for Graphic Designer - Marketing & Brand Communication - Lower Parel, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creative Development

o Develop high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, pitch decks, brochures, and website content.

o Design content that aligns with the brand identity, tone, and target audience.

o Create engaging layouts for RFPs, client proposals, and case studies.

Marketing Integration

o Collaborate with the marketing team to translate strategic goals into visual communication.

o Design assets for lead generation campaigns, emailers, and corporate communication.

o Contribute to campaign ideation with marketing insights.

Brand Development

o Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and platforms.

o Help evolve and maintain brand guidelines.

o Work on brand-building initiatives such as portfolio updates, awards submissions, and press kits.

Content Support

o Write and edit basic content for marketing materials, including captions, headlines, and design rationales.

o Assist in content ideation for blogs, newsletters, and social media when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

4-7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in architecture, design, real estate, or creative marketing.

Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and how they apply to design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Canva, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).

Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and content trends (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc.).

Ability to write short-form content and structure compelling presentations.

Excellent visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills.

A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital, print, and brand-oriented work.

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
