Key Responsibilities

Design original artwork for t-shirts and other apparel using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools Create mockups and visual presentations for client approvals Prepare files for screen printing, DTG, sublimation, or heat transfer methods Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are optimized for print Stay updated on trends in t-shirt and fashion design Modify or update existing designs per customer feedback Maintain organized files and design archives

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design (preferably apparel or merchandise design) Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop) Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design Experience preparing artwork for different print methods (screen print, DTF, etc.) Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a print shop or t-shirt production environment Knowledge of garment templates, print placements, and sizing Illustration skills or experience creating custom art.

Pay: ₹10,426.14 - ₹18,000.00 per month
