Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute visually impactful campaigns for admissions, course promotions, events, social media, and newsletters.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to develop creative concepts aligned with institutional goals.
Create marketing materials including banners, posters, flyers, brochures, digital ads, and presentation decks.
Develop visual assets for social media platforms, email campaigns, and the academy website.
Maintain consistency with the academy's branding and visual identity across all materials.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Work with printers, vendors, and media partners when needed to produce high-quality print and digital assets.
Stay updated with design trends in the education sector and apply best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in campaign design or creative services.
Mastery of design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma or Canva.
Strong portfolio showcasing experience in campaign design, especially for educational or nonprofit sectors.
Ability to conceptualize and execute designs with minimal direction.
Excellent attention to detail, typography, layout, and color theory.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an academic institution or educational organization.
Knowledge of video editing and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
