Strategic Responsibilities

Branding and designing planning to bring visibility in the market
Creating guideline/framework to standardized the process of branding/designing
Operational Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts for business marketing needs to bring visibility
Creating promotional materials, collaterals and other art work based on business need
Work through various media firms for marketing and designing related activities
Work with communications/marketing team to execute outlined marketing strategies
Develop new creative assets for print following established brand guidelines
Develop and deliver marketing campaign concepts
Create digital assets for website and mobile sites
Support design needs of various departments as assigned
Ensure all brand standards are followed
Package and label design
Create and maintain technical labels/instructions for all products
Maintain print library and requests
Manage company merchandise design, ordering and vendor relations
Financial Responsibilities

Ensure optimal usage of promotion materials in the field, in coordination with the concerned stake holders (for example, Marketing services ,Marketing Managers)
Provide inputs for designing budgets for the concerned products / product categories and ensure adherence to assigned budgets.
