Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, and motivated candidate to join our team for overall IT management including digital marketing, website and social media promotion, graphic designing, system administration & marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote the company products & brand across digital platform including website and social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram.

Design and create marketing materials such as posters, magazine advertisements, and flyers using graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and CorelDraw.

Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive etc.

Drafting promotional content, captions, and internal/external communication materials

Assisting in organizing the marketing promotional events such as exhibitions, seminars and conferences.

Working with sales, HR, or IT teams to align marketing efforts and support internal tools

Qualifications:

Education:

o Any degree

o Certification in Graphic Design Tools (Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw)

o Diploma or Certification in Digital Marketing is added advantage

Experience:

o 2-3 years of experience in Hands-on experience managing social media campaigns, website content updates, and brand promotion across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.

o Supporting or organizing exhibitions, seminars, conferences, or promotional events

Skills:

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

o Basic understanding of HVAC&R products and technology is a plus, or a willingness to learn.

o Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

o Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

o Enthusiastic, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
