Develop designs for a variety of print and digital mediums, including brochures, catalogues, social media posters, website images, packaging, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create designs that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
Maintain organized files of completed projects for easy access and future reference.
Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across all creative assets.
Stay updated with current design trends and footwear market aesthetics to bring fresh and appealing ideas.
Prepare layouts, mockups, and prototypes for internal review and approvals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Support video editing, animation, or motion graphics tasks, if required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a graphic designer, ideally with exposure to retail, fashion, or product-based industries.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
Attention to detail, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in product packaging, catalog design, or motion graphics.
Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing practices.
Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
