- Understanding the Customer needs, Analysing market and buying impulses, and creating an outline of packaging design.
- Creating new ideas to increase customer buying power through packaging.
- Analysing the customer's mind in the market. Presenting a report on customer study of the packaging and creating user-centred designs by considering market analysis, and customer feedback.
- Creating and managing design documentation, style guides, and specifications.
- Mentoring junior designers, guiding them in setting, and achieving career goals
