Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts and designs that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
Design and create visual assets for various marketing materials, including digital and print advertising, packaging, social media graphics, website design, and other promotional materials.
Create and manage social media content calendars across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company's social media strategy is innovative and effective.
Analyze website traffic and search engine rankings to identify areas for improvement.
Experience with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics.
Collaborate with external vendors such as printing presses and photographers to ensure the highest quality output for all design projects.
Continuously improve and update design skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in graphic designing or a related field.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Preferably based in Goa.

Additional Skills: Understanding of social media metrics and keyword & audience research, knowledge of WordPress & HTML.
