Cedcoss' Graphic Designers are responsible for maintaining the look and feel of the brand across all media.An individual with fresh ideas and experience with design best practices, trends, and new technologies would be an asset to our team. Our graphic designer role involves production (editing photos and mock-ups, creating print-ready files, and collaborating with existing style guides). Still, it will also have the opportunity to contribute to our B2B and E-commerce marketing and the brand direction for our company and our four consumer brands.What we envision the role to be:

• Provide visual aids including original images, or illustrations for communicating a message
• Provide support for e-commerce store assets (banners, ads, social media, Logo)
• Company Branding According To The Guidelines
• Client Handling
• Quality Images Development
• Creating graphics, building, and decorating trade show booths
• Creating dynamic layouts
• Help us make our websites more user-friendly and intuitive
• Brand development assistance
• Refine and develop brand guidelines
• Design concepts and present them to the marketing team
• Finalize designs by incorporating recommended changes
• Make sure designs are error-free before publication

What we hope to find in you:

• Impressive Graphic Design portfolio
• Has worked for an advertising agency or marketing department.
• Marketer with a focus on how design affects marketing, sales, and overall business performance
• Keen attention to details
• Design lover with an eye for Scandinavian, minimal, natural, organic, and pop styles
• Adaptability and willingness to learn when facing a changing environment
• Excellent typographic skills
• Experience with designing websites and working with responsive designs (UI/UX)
• Experience using CMS and Website builders (including WordPress and Shopify)
• A solid understanding of digital media software is required - InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

(basic knowledge of XD, Sketch, Figma, Webflow, and other design and digital marketing software is preferred)

• Hands-on experience with vector storyboarding
• Working with Marketing Manager and team and being able to own projects from start to finish.
• Great listening skills and good question asking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong editing skills
• Problem-solving abilities in design and marketing
• A passion for creating new ideas combined with energy
• Contribution to a cross-functional team, as well as participation in individual projects
• An attitude of great positivity
• Dedicated to teamwork
• Multitasking and ability to meet deadlines
