Job Title: Graphic Designer : We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with our marketing and branding teams to create compelling visual assets that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to develop creative concepts and visual solutions for various projects.
- Design and produce a wide range of print and digital assets, including but not limited to: brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, email newsletters, website banners, and advertisements.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, typography, and color theory.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our visual communication strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to execute projects as needed.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to junior members of the design team, when applicable.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take direction and feedback constructively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Animation and motion graphics skills are desirable but not required.
