This role requires proficiency in both desktop and mobile design tools, along with the ability to convert ideas into visually engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
Design creative assets including posters, social media creatives, banners, flyers, and promotional materials
Edit, enhance, and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop and mobile editing applications
Develop visual concepts using AI-based image prompt tools such as Midjourney and DALLE
Create quick, effective designs using Canva and other basic design platforms
Maintain consistency with brand identity across all visual outputs
Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with campaign goals
Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while managing multiple tasks
CapCut, Snapseed, PicsArt, or similar applications
AI Tools
Basic working knowledge of AI image generation tools such as Midjourney or DALLE
Core Competencies
Strong visual aesthetics, layout skills, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good time management and multitasking abilities
Additional Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in poster design (mandatory)
