Black Onyx International, a growing recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a creative

Graphic Designer

to support our branding, hiring campaigns, and digital presence. The role involves creating engaging visuals for job advertisements, social media, corporate branding, and recruitment marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

Design creatives for

job postings

, recruitment ads, and hiring campaigns Create social media content (posts, stories, banners) for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc. Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and email creatives Maintain consistency with company branding across all designs Collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams to understand hiring requirements and campaign goals Edit and improve existing designs based on feedback Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines
Required Skills

Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Strong understanding of

branding, typography, layout, and color theory

Experience in designing for

social media and digital marketing

Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time management and communication skills
Eligibility Criteria

Minimum

1 year of experience

as a Graphic Designer Experience in recruitment, corporate, or marketing-related design is preferred Portfolio showcasing design work is mandatory Willingness to work from the Kochi office

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
