POSITION: GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Role Summary:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality creative assets across multiple

Westford entities, supporting marketing campaigns, admissions, events, digital platforms, and

office branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

? Design social media creatives, digital ads, posters, banners, brochures, newsletters,

presentations, and branding materials.

? Support marketing and campaign design requirements and deliver creatives before

launch deadlines.

? Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all designs.

? Coordinate with marketing teams for briefs, revisions, and timely execution.

? Manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure on-time delivery of assigned work.

? Introduce fresh design ideas and stay updated with current design and digital trends.

Key Objectives:

? Improve visual quality and brand consistency.

? Reduce revision cycles through better brief understanding.

? Enhance engagement and brand visibility through impactful design.

Skills & Tools:

? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

? Working knowledge of AI-assisted design tools and modern UI principles is an

advantage

1-3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in education, training, or service-based organizations.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
