Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually compelling designs across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense and the ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design creatives for social media posts, stories, banners, posters, and ads

Create visual content for workshops, events, hiring posts, and community campaigns

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, content creators, and marketing teams

Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs

Edit and revise designs based on feedback and project needs

Basic video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage

Required Skills

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layouts

Ability to create modern, clean, and engaging designs

Good time management and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

1-2 years of relevant design experience

A strong portfolio showcasing design work

Knowledge of video editing tools (After Effects / Premiere Pro is a plus)

Creative mindset with openness to feedback
