Zenome International is seeking a dynamic and creative
Admin cum Multimedia Designer
to support both administrative operations and digital branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office administration while also handling multimedia design and social media activities to strengthen the company's brand presence.
This role is best suited for candidates who are creative, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced business environment.
Preferred candidates must be willing to relocate to the UAE.
Handle general office administration, including document filing, record maintenance, and correspondence
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, operations) for administrative support
Assist in preparing reports, proposals, presentations, and official documents
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic procurement activities
Support HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking, employee records, and onboarding documentation
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups with clients and internal teams
Multimedia & Design Responsibilities
Design marketing and promotional materials including posters, banners, brochures, catalogues, and product creatives
Create engaging digital content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop basic video content, reels, and motion graphics for marketing campaigns
Maintain brand consistency across all visual and digital platforms
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design campaign-specific creatives
Edit images and videos as per marketing requirements
Social Media Management
Manage and update company social media accounts regularly
Plan content calendars and post schedules
Monitor engagement, respond to basic queries, and coordinate leads with the sales team
Assist in running social media promotions and brand awareness campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in
multimedia designing and social media handling
Proficiency in design tools such as
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic knowledge of office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates willing to
relocate to the United Arab Emirates
Experience working in trading, manufacturing, or retail sectors is an advantage
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
