Create, refine, and reorganise project slides, case studies, and presentation boards.
Replace outdated visuals, enhance image quality, and ensure all assets meet current brand standards.
Maintain visual consistency across all portfolio templates and formats.
2. Website Content & Image Updates
Upload new project images, team photographs, and visual content to the website.
Optimise visuals for web use (compression, resizing, cropping, alignment).
Ensure website visuals accurately reflect the latest projects, services, and brand guidelines.
Assist with updating project descriptions and page layouts as required.
3. Social & Digital Visual Assets (Execution-Focused)
Prepare social-ready visuals including images, reel thumbnails, carousels, and story assets.
Adapt and optimise existing content for different digital platforms.
Update and manage social media templates in Canva to ensure speed and consistency.
4. Canva & Adobe-Based Content Production
Use Canva for fast-turnaround design tasks such as presentations, updates, and minor edits.
Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for higher-level design work.
Maintain brand kits and design templates within Canva.
5. Image Editing & Visual Quality Enhancement
Edit raw images by adjusting lighting, correcting colours, and removing imperfections.
Crop, align, retouch, and format images for portfolios, social media, and web use.
Manage image libraries with proper categorisation and quality control.
6. Video Editing (Basic)
Edit short walkthroughs, before/after clips, and simple promotional videos.
Use tools such as Canva Video, CapCut, or Premiere Rush for quick edits.
Add subtitles, transitions, and overlays where required.
7. Remote Collaboration
Participate in regular virtual check-ins and progress reviews with the marketing team.
Share updates on portfolio and website changes and clarify incoming requests.
Deliver consistent and reliable design output with minimal supervision.
Use shared collaboration platforms such as Drive, Teams, Slack, or Asana.
8. Growth & Development
Participate in structured development and performance discussions.
Track progress, achievements, and learning needs during review meetings.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve visual quality and consistency
