Job Description

We're looking for a Project Coordinator who can keep multiple digital projects organized, on track, and moving forward. You'll work closely with clients, designers, content creators, and marketers to ensure timelines are met and deliverables are completed without last-minute chaos. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, clear communication, and solving problems before they become emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously Plan project timelines and track progress across teams Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards Follow up on tasks and resolve blockers proactively Maintain project documentation and reports

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role (digital agency experience preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Familiarity with digital marketing workflows (social media, design, content, SEO) Basic knowledge of project management tools is a plus
