Job Description

Design and format newsletters using Adobe InDesign.
Create visually appealing layouts, graphics, infographics, and publication-ready designs.
Develop and refresh branding materials, including logos, icons, templates, style guides, and visual identity assets.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and communication teams to developcreative concepts.
Design digital and print assets: brochures, social media creatives, presentations, posters, banners, etc.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Prepare files for print production and coordinate with printers/vendors when required.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Required Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign (mandatory).
Solid skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related tools.
Good understanding of grid systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Experience in creating branding assets and marketing collateral.
Ability to convert ideas and content into clear, aesthetically pleasing designs.
Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working with editorial teams or in a publishing environment.

About the Role
