Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message effectively across various platforms. This role requires a strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Create

: Develop engaging designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, banners, presentations, and more.

Brand Consistency

: Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all projects.

Collaborate

: Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.

Illustration and Image Editing

: Create custom illustrations and edit images to enhance visual appeal.

Concept Development

: Brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that align with campaign goals and target audience preferences.

Stay Updated

: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative and fresh designs.

Feedback and Revision

: Accept constructive feedback and make revisions to meet client or team expectations.

Qualifications and Skills

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience

: 1- 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools like Figma or Sketch is desirable.

Soft Skills

:

Strong communication and collaboration skills. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and expertise in graphic design. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A keen eye for aesthetics and a detail-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
