Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute creative design projects from start to finish.

Develop branding elements, marketing collaterals, packaging, digital, and print materials.

Guide junior designers and ensure design quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.

Collaborate with content, marketing, and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life.

Present design concepts and visual rationale to clients and internal teams.

Deliver creative assets on time across multiple formats (social, web, print, etc.).

Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative platforms.

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

1-3 years of professional experience in a design role (agency experience preferred).

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, and digital design work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).

Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to take direction and also lead creative decisions independently.

Attention to detail and time management.
